Which model I need.

Alright. I'm thinking of getting an Eclipse. Theres a couple things that have to be. 1) It needs to be quicker then a Sebring (2.5L V6)actually wait thats not all that quick but whatever, and, this is a tough one, faster then a Montana (3.8L V6, lots of torque :D ) anyway. pretty fast basically. 2)reliable. i'd like it to be pretty reliable. an everyday car. (dont worry i dont drive like some maniac , racing guy )no offense to anyone. uhh im thinking GS-T?? i cant afford GSX unless i get an older model or something. ok i need help, i know difficult to answer but i need somethin,

Go with a GST if that's what your heart's set on. The only difference between it & a GSX is awd. But I've seen alot of fast GST's out there. It'll be faster than both those vechicles you listed.

The best bang for your buck is a 1G (90-94) dsm. For the price of a 2g GST you could get a 1G with a turbo and awd and have enough money left over to make it a low 13 second car. DSM's will easily go 200K miles before they start to loose compression. But, 2G dsm's are really nice looking cars though.

You might want to stay away from any motor after mid 92. Try getting a 1st or 2nd Gen DSM, then use the motor for what it is worth. The 6bolt motor (90-92ish) are the strongest 4banger in existance.
