I own an 89 civic lx. I haven't driven it since November. It's been sitting in my driveway since then. There hasn't been a problem with it ever. I just got it taken away by my parents. anywayz, It wont start. I left it there with like 1/8 of a tank of gas, maybe a little less. Now when I tryed to start it, the starter turns over the engine, but It doesn't start. So I tried pumping the gas while turning the starter, and I just hear a soft "poof" of air coming from under the hood. Could I be outta gas, or could my gas be frozen? I live in connecticut and it has snowed like every other 4 days this winter. Do u guys think my gas is frozen? I can't think of any other problems. Everything is new: new battery, new starter, new alternator, new distributor. So please help me! Thx.

I think it has to be really really cold for a gas to freeze. It could be the main relay since that controls fuel. When you turn the key can you hear the fuel pump come on?
