Bah! stupid thieves.

Well my day started off good, i hung out with friends in SF all day. we took BART out there (barts a mass transit train). I left my car at bart, when i came back my passenger window was broken out :(. Thank god for my alarm...all they got was my radar detector since my alarm went off....But now i have to replace my window again ( replaced same one like 6 months ago..)...bah.

that sucks man, sounds like my friends truck, the stupid thieves keep coming back and breaking out a window, setting off the alarm and running away, never takes anything, just breaks things, happened to him 3 times so far, still hasn't fixed his window since the last time, can't find one to replace it.

EDIT: at least all they got was the radar detector, they got my stereo and subs :mad::mad:

yea....my car was in a area when cops patrol specifically there so once my alarm went off they grabbed the first thing they could and left....Im glad my faceplate was with me... and that you cant notice my subs...

There seems to be loads of car crime in the US compared to here in the UK

Damn man, but be happy they didnt jack your stereo, and that you can probably just go to pick and pull and get a window out of a hatch there.

Bay Area Rapid Transit...glorified version of a train, like a monorail type but I think they're electric.

i'm sorry to hear you have to replace that window again :( i replaced the windshield in my old 90 accord just to have some dude pissed at his woman chuck a halloween pumpkin off her balcony onto my MONTH old windshield. my alarm went off but "nobody saw it" and the white trash woman beater didn't have any money. but kharma is a bitch. 2 months later they were fighting again. police were called. he kicked out a window in the squad car. his thrid offense. he'll be dating Bubba now ;)

NOT TO GO O/T BUT THE WINDSHIED IN OUR CAVALIER WAS CRACKED FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND WE'RE SELLING THE CAR SO MY WIFE CALLED THIS PLACE TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD AND THEY TOLD HER THAT THEY'D DO IT FOR FREE IF WE'D PLACE A SMALL STICKER IN OUR WINDOW ADVERTISING THEM...WELL THE DUDE CAME OUT AND DID IT AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY STICKERS AND TOLD US NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT :D

Shit, just this weekend some guys tried to get into my dads car while everyone was gone, you can tell that one guy was on each side of the trunk because there was black footprints, and the car is white. I guess they tried to pry it open with screwdrivers or something but they didnt get all of the trunk open to still anything, GOOD THING! we had to replace a spring in the trunk though. If they would have got in the trunk they would have gotten 4 10" competition Kickers (VR-4), 2 1200 watt amps and a 600 watt amp, and like to glass tubes that were like 100 dollars a piece. It's alot fo moneys worth

My car was in the parking garage at hayward station. And my radar detector was at the base of my window....i never took it off and have had it for like 4 or 5 months now....but i learned my lesson on that one :(
