I know England lets you buy for certain money customizable platen license which your name or your nick.

I will appreciate information from all european countries which lets you buy a customizable platen license.

that's an american company... it does european design plates for use in the states, so that shouldn't help.

They also have a company in Europe and if I rememer correctly there are no custom plate options in Europe. You could buy a show plate if you do the show circuits.
