Well, now these are just my opinions.
I myself have got the Magnaflow 2.5 catback, very nice. Sound-wise ain't nothing to write home about but it's decent. Power-wise, you'll gain a little top-end but you'll lose a little torque down low.
On a turbo, I'd go with a Apex N1 with a RRE Downpipe. You'll gain about 15-20 hp with that.

I've never known anyone with those brands nor have any experiance myself so I dunno. Considering their such respected brands however, I wouldn't doubt their great.
