What coilovers to buy?

I'm looking to replace my curent suspenion (Tenzo-R springs and Tokico non adjustables) with a set of nice coilovers. I'm looking in the $1000 range, so far I've read good things about the Tein SS setup. What do you guys recomend?

tein is excellent quality, if you can afford it, go for it. if not then consider tanabe

I roll with Tein SS on my '00 EJ6 Civic coupe. :cool: IMO, the best suspension system you can buy (Tein in general). Feels WAY better than anyother I've ever rode on, including the $400 more H&R full coilover setup.

TEIN's have been known to rust out on you..
i'm doing the same research right now and lot's of people have been say'n this.. of course you could buy them and wd-40 the coilovers once a month to prevent this..another 1 to look at would be zeal's b-kit..

I've had my Teins for about 8 or so months now, not a single spot of rust on them yet... ;)
