I doubt that it would be much cheaper to buy and wreck a regular camaro with Yenko stickers on it.

Whats with the American cars getting wrecked? Camaro, Mustang Saleen, Corvette, wtf?? They better not wreck the new yellow SRT-10 Viper.

FYI in the movie, all that was, was a mustang GT with a saleen body kit all around with "18 saleen replica wheels and sum saleen decals. trust me i know

which helps my point, if they wont destry a true saleen, they won't kill a true yenko..

I was told this by the company who owns the car! I think they would know!

~well if im not mistaken(i've only seen it once) when they all 1st pull up(all the muscle car guys) you can see the GT badge on the fender of this one, also there is a site sumwhere that shows a pic inside a warehouse where they kept all the cars for the movie, for instance, there were about 5 evo's, 3 spyders, 3 corvettes, 2-3 "saleen" stangs", and 4-5 replicas of all the cars used in the 1st race in the movie(supra,S2000,Skyline,RX-7), in other words they used many replicas of most of the main cars in the movie and if i can find this pic of the warehouse i will post it. also~there is NO WAY that was a real wrecked yenko or challenger, im sure there were replicas made just like they did in the 1st movie with the charger, they made a couple of those.~

Well if you look at what those cars really ran the imports minus the s200 were slow as hell runnin in mid 14's and low 15's. Damn it a stock gti vr6 can run a 15 with no problem. But the s2000 ran in the 13's, and of course the yenko and the challenger all were in the aera of 10's.

did i forget to mention non of those cars had nitrous they were just empty bottles!!!!!:biggrin2:

also, i've seen a bunch of stuff about that movie ALL saying the car was a clone. i don't think they wouyld be that dumb to have a real Yenko get destroyed. Also, Yenko's and Challengers don't run 10's. I might have misread that but if i didn't then ummmmmmm, you're wrong.
