I am new to this forum, but I have found some rims that will look tight on your Neon. Check out these two links below:

http://www.discounttire.com/dtc/brochure/interactive/wheelsInter.jsp -This one gives you a picture of how they look on your car. I guessed at the color but you can change it.

http://www.pnatic.com/ - look at their hot deals section..these are the cheapest I have found them with tires--- 17" Avid H4.

Ok, lets start with the basics. What type of rims do you want? (Chrome, Alloy's, etc.) Whats the purpose? (Racing, just something new, bling bling, etc.) What size do you want? :confused:
