Someone stole my corner lenses

Im gettin a little tired of livin in my neighborhood, first my bumper lenses last week and now the corners, the fuckers just ripped em out, so now I gotta rewire new sockets in there and everything!! I am gonna put the stock corners back on cause lord knows if I put clears on, they will get stolen again. I wonder when someone is gonna steal my non functional washer led's.

I wonder how hard it is going to be to wire up new sockets for the 194A bulbs, cause when they stole the lenses, they just cut all the wires.

I can't believe that they were too lazy to twist the socket out of the housing instead of cutting it. Lazy theives, the worst kind.

At least now I have an excuse to rewire them so the entire lens blinks instead of just one out of 2 bulbs.

depends how u park ur car to ur house i would put new clears one and at night i would place a video camera on record and see whos doing it than i'll beat the shit out of them!!!

while I would like to get new clear corners, I cannot justify spending the $15 on them right now. I think I will just roll stocks for a while, and then after I get an alarm I will get new ones.

Haha, sounds like me getting my Euros stolen back i n the day, I had that shit for like 1 month then they got stolen, if they stole them now I wouldnt care, but it was back when they first came out

kinda like h4 was going for go to a junkyard and pick a few up... weither or not you use his technique is up to your concience... and rewiring should be really easy...

I think im gonna use his method :p it will even out the fucked up universe, besides, for all the gas ive used driving out to pick and pull and them not having the shit ive needed, they owe me.

ended up not going to pick and pull today cause they probably would have been closed when I got there, anyways, I will go tommorow and get the stuff, but never mind sitting on my roof. My dad wanted to know if I got the mount for my bumper lenses cause the left one is a tad jacked and im like, yea, im gonna put my new bumper lenses on so they can get jacked again :rolleyes:

Well, I went to pick and pull this morning, and not only were there actually 4th gens, there were some lx's so if any of you DX / STD peeps in the bay area wanna go get yourself a cluster with a tach, roll to the fairfield pick and pull, its right off Travis Air Force Base Parkway.

I also got the two screws that holds the sun visor in, cause my car only had one, the previous owner must have been smoking something.

Anyways, I bought some 194 bulbs at pepboys, and rewired the lenses so the whole lens blinks (and not just 1 out of 2 bulbs in the lens)

While I was down there, I was wondering, has anyone ever relocated their front plate down lower in the middle, or off to the right side? I kinda wanna do this, cause I hate the stock location.

Total Cost:
$2 Entry fee to pick and pull
$0 for sockets (5 finger discount, h4bangin's method)
$4 for 194 Bulbs.
Approx $2 in gas.

Future cost:
$14 shipped for new clear corners on ebay.

Ill take some pics later and post em.

Oh yea, and about the washer led's, I got em cause my stock washers were clogged, and rolled with em for about 2 months, when one of the bulbs burned out, so they are disconnected permanently.

So heres some pics, if anyone wants to rewire their corner lense so the entire thing blinks, twist the red and green wires from your sockets together and then crimp that onto the green wire coming from your car.

So basically my front end went from looking nice and clean, to stock and hoopty as fuck till I can get my alarm and put my bumper lenses on also without fear of them being stolen. :mad:

heheh, someone in a 5th gen was laughing at me at the stop light for not having teh bumper lenses, so I first proceeded to bass him out, and then smoked him and merged in front of him once the light turned green.
