b18a w/b18c1

i have a b18a1 block w/a b18c1 (96 gsr) head. what will i have to convert to make these two compatable & working. also, i have a 91 crx si, could i use the stock wireharness & add vtec wireing to it? or should i buy a whole new harness, thx

What you said is called a LSVtec, and this is not very simple as just head swapping, but if you dont plan on reving up to about 8 grand, then just bolt the head on the block, but if you want to use it properly, you will have to rebuild the whole motor! And you dont have to buy a new harness, use stock harness add vtec wires and get a chipped p28...

Oh, and you will need the other necessary stuff like mounts, shift linkage, etc.... its like any other b series swap, just a lil more expensive
