I got the wrong fenders. I have a set of brand new just got them today (1/29/03) 88-91 crx z3 fenders. Asking 250 including shipping. Any one interested please let me know.

are they 88-89 or 90-91, if im not mistaken, they are a little bit different. I don't know for sure, i think Ami will probably know. I'm not really interested, just figured I might ask that just in case, because that could be why they don't fit yours.

no i have a civic hatch. The fenders are for a crx. Thats the difference!

Hatch Fenders work on a CRX and vice versa, this has been proven before despite what most people think.

Why don't you return them to where you bought them from and get the full price that you paid for them?

Because they are charging me a 25% restocking fee and I have to pay to ship them back. Im in Ohio, I got them from california. So id lose money in the long run.

The fenders might be slightly different, cause 88-89's have 2 screws on the outside of the corner lenses to get em out, and 90-91's have a screw inside the hood, but some people just pull like hell and break that shit off, also cutting all your wires when they are stealing your corners :mad:

as melt mentioned the 88-89 have screw holes in the corner lights....90-91 they screw in under the hood.

....or if you're a LadyNRed and drive a Si, you'd be rollin' an '89 with '90 fenders & corners :thumbup:

those Z3 crx fenders can be made to fit. really, anything can be made to fit. the question is do you want them enough to dick around with them until they fit?

if not, someone will be getting a good deal :D

im putting CRX fenders on my hatch, but only because i have some dope black housing CRX corner lights to match my projector headlights. the lights are a bit differently shaped, and the CRX fender has that notch at the bottom for the factory side caps. but this doesnt matter cause im putting a kit on that cover it.
