I'm just getting started on my first model in 15+ years...1999 Saleen Mustang...Anyways, I was wondering about the engine block...should this be glued before or after painting? I can see that it would be easier to paint as 2 pieces, but the paint presents some problems for gluing, and could get messy...What's the better approach?

Glue it then paint it to avoid anything going wrong

Welcome:wave:
Most definately glue before painting, some filling may be required to hide the join line.

Who makes the 99 Saleen? I want one. I have an older one, but would love to have a newer bodystyle saleen.

Made by Revell...It's not the latest Gen. body style...has the more rounded headlights/bodywork.
Still a sweet car.
