switching dx gauges

I would like to have an rpm gauge, my dx didn't come with one.

Obviously your first choice would be to get an aftermarket tachometer such as an AutoMeter one. They make all sorts of sizes and types of tachs. Your other alternative is to swap out your gauge cluster for that of one out of an EX which would have the tach built in.

As long as you get an EX cluster from any 92-95 Civic, it should be plug and play, not re-wiring nessacery. :) Just switch out the clusters and everything should plug right up perfectly.
