Import Dealer in CA

Hey all,
I was told there is an imports dealer bringing in pre-owned Lancer EvoVI and Evo VII's in Aliso Viejo(SP?),CA.
Is there anyone that can confirm this for me....some kid tried to tell me he got hooked up with one there for $15,000 and I find that hard to believe.
If it is true though......
Just wondered if any of you respectable Mitsu folk could fill me in:)
