Cell Phone ring downloads.

ok i jus traded in my nokia 6120 b/c it was a piece. i didnt wanna spend 150 to get the 7100 series so i spend 40 and got the 5165. now i have the personal spaces and i want to download songs. only 1 prob: i have no clue what i need or how to do it. so if anyone knows what i need and what sites to go to please direct me in the right direction. thanx :D
