There is no life on the net without a wheelie button. Browsing sites without it is a pain in the rear. Thats the main reason why i stoped attending public libraries.

3 buttons here and home (but my dad has the 6-button monstrosity). I have my middle buttons set up to double-click and always have. :)

Go into your Control Panels, then click on Mouse, then you can either do the wizard or the self setup but I think it's pretty self-explanatory. If you have a Logitech mouse or one that came with its own software you will have to use that instead.

My mouse! :)
5 buttons including the wheel. The two on the side are "back" and "forward" in IE. That saves so much time. And I love having a laser on the bottom. No gunk to clean out and I can blind annoying people.

As for me, my home PC is hurting for a few peripheral upgrades, including a mouse with a scroll wheel, which I have at work, and miss dreadfully when I surf at home. But for the mean time, the old two-button will have to suffice in keeping me happy. As Dice would say "I'M OLD SCHOOL!!" :sun:

5, two sides, then the regular stuff. left side one opens up email and right side one opens up web browser. this is also a wireless one, still roller ball though, damn i hate cleaning it. first time i cleaned it i had to take the whole thing apart and i broke on of the battery tabs off and got really pissed but with some aluminum foil i got it back together and it works good. only thing bout it is i wish it had more range. it has two channels on it so if you press the button on the receiver then you have to press the button on the keyboard/mouse too but no one else knows that, hehe my little secret if i dont want anyone on here.

Well, having a sad old IBM and all, I of course have a sad old 2 button mouse. Doesn't really bother me though, as I've never relly used anything else, so i'm not used to the scroll thing anyway. I tend to let go of the mouse as soon as I've clicked a link, and start using the keyboard (pgup/dn etc) - I tend to find that easier/quicker for me.
