I'm psyched over the Focus (even if it's 1/25th), the new Viper, and the Escalade (I hate SUV's but I can have mucho fun w/this one). I'm mildly interested in the SSR. I will totally ignore their Enzo, I'll have the Tamiya kit, thank you very much!
I wish the Focus were 1/24th though, and I wish it were the UK RS version. Oh well.
Primeraman, you can order online from a couple of places here in the US that offer great prices and service. Shoot me a PM if you want more details. They ship overseas all the time. The site where this link shows the models, Hobby Heaven, is a fantastic mail order company. Try 'em out sometime!

The announcements were for 2003 releases not yet announced, except for a few in September's RCHTA show.
Relax, the F&F cars are coming. The pre-assembled Civic and Eclipse are already in my hands, the kit versions will be out shortly.
The SSR is going to be a full-detail kit of the production SSR with both tops. The Maisto diecast was the show version w/o full detail. I had to hack the roof off of the one I built.
I was kind of expecting a 2003 Mustang Mach I model to be announced as well. Maybe that will come w/the late summer announcements. Also, don't expect any of the new announcements of new kits like the Focus, Viper, SSR, Escalade to be available until perhaps this time next year or later. I've learned my lesson about Revell release schedules.

Good luck! You're going to be waiting an awfully long time, Revell hasn't announced when it will be released. That usually means 12-18 months. You may be building it by the summer of '04. :D

All I have to say is wow. Some decent kits to get from Revell. CAn't wait for some of those to hit my local Wal-mart.:D I'd love to get my hands on the Focus, and possibly the Escalade. Yes a set of 20-22's would look really good on that SUV. Thanks for the pics.
BTW, hows the R-34 coming?

The Escalade will be done like the Integra and Civic kits, w/lots of options. TV/Stereo/grille were mentioned, and also a couple sets of 23's will be in the kits as well. I say bring it on! The Focus should be no less good than the Civic/Integra kits as well. I wish they'd do full-detail WRX STi and Evo VIII's as well, since the Japanese companies are only interested in curbsides.

well if they take that long i guess i will have some time to get better at modeling so i dont mess this one up, i always try a body mod or somthing that is way to hard and end up screwing up a model.

At last someone will make the new Viper, about bloody time! I'll take the 63 Impala lowrider, Escalade, Viper, Cougar XR7 lowrider for the wheels and suspension at least, Corvette pacecar & maybe the 67 Chevelle or 66 Chevelle wagon. I want to see Revell release a load of Cadillacs now, the Escalade is a good start.

I wish they just make the Detroit iron in 1/25, and the rest in 1/24.
Oh, well, the parts can be used for Tamiya Focus with some minor mod.

I'd always welcome a plastic viper in 1/24.. those resin ones are way too expensive.

What he means is that majority of 1/12 F1 kits for the European market is tooled by Protar, so the F2002 might be the same.
Of course, it could be a blow up version of Revell 1/24, and if that happens, we'd see the least detailed 1/12 F1 plastic model. (LOL) They already say that it won't have the engine.

@ hirofkd,
I copied this letter from www.f1m.com
Thanks to Dan for contacting Revell, I hope you don't mind that I copied this!!!!
OK - are you ready for this?
From Jürgen Zurnieden of Revell Germany, received today:
"Dear Dan,
I confirm the release of a 1/12 Ferrari F2002 as a plastic model kit. It will have an engine, detailed suspension etc. Considering metal parts we have to see the first test shots which kind of material is the best for assembling it.
With best regards
