Got My FIRST Model Today

I just went and picked up my first car model at the Local Hobby Shop :D. A Tamiya Toyota Celica GT-R, it was the easiest Tamiya they had. Well im going to go work on it now so I can get some pictures up.

Good luck man...Take your time and avoid my dumb ass mistakes by rushing and browse this forum alot!! Alot of talented people on this forum with a crap load of experience. :D

i know how you must feel since this is your first model: MUST FINISH AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!! let me be the second (hehe) to tell you that if you take your time and do everything right instead of rushing, you will be ten times happier with the finished product. good luck and i can't wait to see some progress!!

Thanks, and dont worry Im taking my time. I want it to come out as good as some over the other guys first models. Im wokring on the undercarge first, I'll probably finishing painting and glue those parts on tonight. Tomorrow I hope to have a good start on the interior and start priming the body. I think Im going to paint it Tamiya Black for the body and Tamiya Black (main) and Tamiya Blue (secondary) for the interior.

and dont worry if it dosent come out excatly as planned. Do your best and move on to another kit for more experence
