I was cleaning my room a littl ebit ago and i found some old parts, i looked at them then i decided that i could use it to make a turbo for my next ITR (when ever that will be)
The turbo came from a 300zx TT, so if u look closesly u will notice that it is now a 3 cylindar integra
http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/580124turbointegra.jpg
http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/307120turbointegrew2.jpg
I need some help though.
Does any one have any extra air filters that they would sell me?
and can some one save one of my photos and use paint to show me where the intercooler piping connects with the Turbo?
thanks

That looks cool but why 3 cylinder? :finger:
Anyway, you can make an air filter yourself if you have some big (in diameter) round plastic. You can cut the filter out, using xacto knife. It worked for me to make a tach guage and a roll cage!

As u know turbo has two exits. One goes to the manifold, the other for intercooler i think, or high flow air intake. not sure.

The intercooler sits ahead of the radiator. The pipe from the compressor case goes around the left (driver side of the LHD model) of the radiator, and connected to the left of the intercooler. The pipe from the right side of the intercooler goes around the passenger side of the radiator, and leads to the surge tank.

Doesnt it fit in turbo itself?

Go to revells site and order replacment parts, get the intake manifold from an itr kit. But theres a limit to how many things you can get.

It looks sweet, but could u take some better pictures cuz i kinda want to see the detail. You might be able to custom fab. the rest of the manifold and turn it into a 4 cyl.

Note that the location of the engine, intake manifold, throttle, and exhaust manifold are pretty much fixed, but the tuner can choose the location of the intercooler, turbo, and air filter.
Commonly the intercooler is placed ahead of the radiator, but it can sit on top of the engine, like the street Impreza (but not the WRC).

I'm sure it is, but the turbo was too big to fit down below. It's not 100% accurate, but it works for me.
