Wasting too much gaz

I drive a 91 integra rs and lately I've been noticing that it's waisting more gaz than it used to. I also noticed that the rpm pushes harder to go to a certain speed wanted. I got no clue what it could be. Does anybody know what I could do because it's costing me a fortune on gaz

1st off it is gas not "gaz" .
2nd try maintance such as spark plugs, fuel filter, plug wires, air filter etc.
3rd please don't ever call it gaz again it makes you look like a ricer.

Get a tune up. It does wonders. Air filter, fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, and valve adjustments.
