hi there dudz...men all the day i was cleaned my intake and the upper manifold, the lower manifold i clean almost complete...i really recomend if you have time and haynes manual do it by your self...i was almost 3 feets underground when i saw the manifold and intake inside...it was completly dark and theres a lot of dirty...heres i did:
remove the intake, sensors, cables, etc, then i took aout the intake and de IAC sensors and cleaned...men the sensors was like burns..but was just dirty...i spray it with the carburator cleaned STP you can use whatever you want. Then i try to remove the manifold...men the haynes manusl is a bible...theres some f...ing screws very hide...and after some munutes i found it....well...i remove the completly upper intake...OOHH heavy, and cleaned with teethbrush and the spray..i saw the liquid draining...was like burn oil...i was happy to see that and then see my manifold cleaned. Then the lower manifold is more diff...i just clean it with some stuff i didnt remove it cause you should remove the gas, inyectors trail, be careful with the seal an other...so i keep it like that.
then comes the interesting thing..!!! re-installing!!! and star the engine...wowww men you should see the smooth of the engine.
My car has 130,000 miles.

you can order o look for at autozone...i buy there it cost me 14.99 dollars, you also look ebay.
I saw on barns and nobels and amazon that haynes manual had more orders from there....I recommend more the haynes cause is more clear and easy to understand.
