quick question, i have just bought this turbo for my hatch and i seen this exaust piping in the new HCI magazine. its flexiable and can withstand heat up to 1400 degrees. will this work for running the charge piping? i already have the downpipe. and if i only boost at like 6 or 7 psi will i need new fuel injectors and a fmu? . i already have a adjustable fuel pressure regulator bov and intercooler. and would it be better to use the pg7 ecu from the integra??

ok FINALLY my log on is working again!!:)
you will need and fmu ,but not necessarily bigger injectors. the pg7 ecu will be the better choice due to the fact it has a higher fuel curves than the si ecu. you can pretty much use anything metal for charge piping ,but of course the manderal bent tubing is best. right now i'm using the flexible tubing until ii have mine fabricated.
go here www.homemadeturbo.com -its a great source of info for the route you're taking.

Anytime you use flex pipe I wouldn't count on it being permanent, It tends to wear out pretty quick because of the fact that it is flexible and it will always be moving just a little bit.

problem w that setup is you cannot really use the O2 housing because it will hit the crossmember you will need a custom down pipe that turbo boosts to about 8-9 psi w the stock wastegate
if you need intercooler (charge) piping buy mancrell bends from jc whitney and cut them to fit and buy conectors from Home depot or www.roadraceengineering.com
there are MANY civic/ crx w that turbo on them
if you want the inovators of that setup go here
