starter switch!?

i was trying to make a starter kill switch. now i put a fuse in for the circuit and thats it. but the only problem the switch gets hard. so i have to open the switch and when i close it again it will work for a few times but then gat hard again. can the current going thru make the switch hard or what?

haha, I have mystical "abra cadabra" powers and telekinetically fixed it for him. :p j/k Actually I worked it out with him over AIM, and I determined that the switch he was using was defective, right out of the box at that. He got a new switch and problem solved, so I just threw in "fixed" because I caught this thread AFTER he had talked to me. :D

Erick: your gonna have to show my how you wired it up all stealthly like you described when we meet up on friday.
