painting engine cover?

do they make paint to paint engine cover? if so how do you take off the engine cover?

What do you mean engine cover? Are you talking about Valve cover that covers front spark plugs? If so, you can use any type of spray paint, but keep in mind that if you deside to paint it, make sure you will get a high-temperature spray paint along with another can of clear coat. Hope this helps.
