Which Helm Manual?

I want to buy a Helm Manual. My car is a 1992 Honda Civic with a JDM B16A2 motor swap. Which manual should I buy? The one that matches my car, my motor, or both? Which manual would best match my motor? Also, do I want the "Shop Manual" or "Service Manual"? And where can I get one used/cheap? Thanks.

i would buy a hayes manual for your car and a helms for your motor
