Man steals tow truck that had his car

STROUDSBURG, Penn. - A Pennsylvania man arrested for drunken driving had his car towed, and he wanted it back. So police say he stole the tow truck - with his car still attached - and drove it home.


Police say the man asked friends to drive him to a towing service to look for his car. He found his Chrysler New Yorker still hooked to the back of a tow truck.

The keys were still in the truck. So when the man couldn't free his car, police say he drove the whole rig home. He's pleaded guilty to various charges and will be sentenced later this month.

Not ALL Pennsylvania residents are that dumb. :o

Yeah, but look at where in PA it is Tangie.....Stroudburg......that is almost self-explanatory if you have ever driven through Stroudsburg....

Yeah, but I'm at Cal U... It doesn't say anything much better than Stroudsburg... :o

But you're right, Stroudsburg doesn't really qualify for PA.
