Carbon Fiber Decals

With the whole CF hood craze going on for the past couple of years in the import scene (and here @ AF!!) :D:D:D I ask fellow members this:

Asides from the Carbon Fiber Decals that come in the kits...where do you purchase your CF Decals for your kits?! Brands? Prices? etc. Keeping in mind the price/quality factor of course. ;)

the only thing is...what are the sizes for the sheets mentioned on the site?!?!? I mean 8.00$ for what!??!?!

i get my cf sheets from northstar hobby, same brand though and they're selling it for $12 CDN. the size is 'bout 8' by 4' and they have cf for 1/24 and 1/12.

Yeah, that's right, you can cover the hood of your real car with it!!!! :D Tell your friends you have a CF hood made with really tiny CF.

I got my Carbon Fiber Decal at Ultimate Hobbies in Orange CA. It's 11inx9 1/2. I only got it for $5.00. I think it was a pretty good deal. :)

ahh.. shorty.. ur CF decal is not the right thing at all... id get a picture, if i wasn't so lazy but i ll just describe it



The carbon fiber that shorty used, was for a real CAR, the Scale size of each "weave" is about 3 mm, compared to a real model decal of .05 each weave (just a guess).... and i don't even think it is supposed to represent carbon fiber, cause all it is, is just little squares of different colors..
