Power door won't open when it's cold

I have a 2003 and whenever the temperature gets down to around 30* the passenger side power door won't open. It acts like it wants to but just gets stuck. And then we can't manually open it from the inside. We have to jump out and pull the handle from the outside.

Is there a quick fix for this? Something that needs some lube?
