Noooo....

Someone needs to turn e-mail notification off....

go to your profile, Edit Options, and click "no" to "Use e-mail notification by default"

Then save changes at the bottom..

i hope no one has been trying to e-mail me cuz my e-mail that i registered with is old and is deleted...and i cant change it to my current one...

i guess ill have to start another one

Yeah mine gets pretty clutterd to and the bad part is the messages stay on the corp server. I get frequent emails about my mailbox being over the size limit. The worst is that they have the power to read and edit all of our emails if they want to get anal about it.

im getting real sick of the junk mail im getting through hotmail...ive even got the highest spam filter on and i still get shit loads of porn offers and stuff that come from afganistan or something its crazy

i seriously empty the junkmail folder 3 times a day

Well silverlotus if you stopped surfing those porn sites they wouldn't get your cookies or get the details from the open ICQ, MSN Messenger and AIM sessions to send you the bloody stuff. ;)

I keep getting spammed by idiots trying to refinance my house (I'm a homeowner). Trouble is I don't owe anything on it and the latest one I which is bloody training companies sending me stuff because they're sponsors of my professional association.

The latest one is someone offering me one euro and the other offering me thousands of dollars from spamming others.

One euro - please do I look stupid? And how I can leverage off investments in the euro - when I went to finance school that's was about as smart as betting in a race you don't even how many horses there are, who's actually running and where.

And making money from spamming me to get me to spam others.

How truly stupid are these people?

nope I turned email notification off after the infamous Kiwi time flooded my inbox. Long time users will know what I mean. :D

and replicant...i get the same stuff even tho im not even close enough to own a house ..but i get like win a free mercedes Sl500..only one in a 300 0000000 chance...or being nagged by people to buy crap off ebay...

True that Taz. I know what you mean mate cuz I was a part of that.

I only get a heap at home, but of that 99% are crap spam mails. sometimes when I am bored will set up a muiltiple reply if they are legit return addresses. Usually after the first 100 replies they don't send me anymore :devil:

gggggggggggrrrrrrrrr.....................I think someone has picked up my emails and not told me :mad: I came in tonight and only had one email when I normally have about 10- also there were posts in the forums I moderate- I never got the email from that- hence the reason some barstard has my emails :(
