94 S-10 Clutch Problem 4.3L

Clutch will not release properly, hard to shift and engagement starts with pedal right off of floor. Had this problem when I purchased truck with 130K on clock. Son drove it for 6K and broke tranny. Removed and repaired tranny, installed clutch kit, replaced fork & pivot ball which were badly worn,(converted to greaseable). Same problem, appears to be lack of fork travel. Replaced master and slave cylinder and bled using mity - vac on master cylinder per service bulletin. A little better but not much, engagement is still just off of floor.

You migh try a gravity bleed on it.
Fill clutch master cylinder and with top of open slay cylinder bleeder and let it gravity bleed.
