The Wasp.

Does anyone ride or know anytihng about Vespa scooters? Oh, and Vespa is italian for Wasp, thus the topic title.

In my experience, I notice far more Honda scooters than anything else. Even the "Yammi" (Yamaha for those who didn't catch it) are far more rare. Vespa is supposed to have a very nice product, but I'll be darned if I've ever gotten to play with one up close and personal.

Yes, I'm considering either a Honda Reflex or a Vespa ET4. What is the reliability, performance, etc. I can expect from those 2 bikes? That's what I would like to know. How long do they last, 100K, 200k or more?

I'm wanting a Vespa for a few reasons. 1. Im of italian decent so an Italian scooter just seems right. 2. I'm in college to be a businessman, I need something that looks a little profesional, the Reflex has very wild styleing (one reason I love it). 3. The Vespa is about $2k less than the Reflex. 4. I'm going to get a Reflex latter on down the road anyway, I plan on this happening as soon as I get out of college in about 2 more years. 5. Both stike me as a great deal of fun to ride. 6. The Faggio in GTA:Vice City is my most favorite vehicle, it's absolutly a blast to ride on it this game. The Faggio is really just a generic Vespa. 7. I want them both so bad I can taste it!

I have decided to get the Vestpa ET4. I'm still looking for anyone who can give me any info on it however.

I'm not 100% sure but I think I'm going to go with the Reflex after all.:frog:

;) Well done, IMHO. :o I think you'll be happier with the better-known brand.

In the long run so do I. I managed to boil it down to a simple mathamatical formula. Honda + Reptile - $$$ = :frog:
