To-do-in-life-list

Hi, guys!
Yesterday I became 20 years old, I decided to make a to-do-in-life-list...

Post all your thoughts things you would like to do, things you have done and would like to do again...

Anyways, here's the start of the list...

- Thank all my loved ones for affection, attention and love
- Go to Disneyland ;)
- Love somebody really hard
- spend time with elder people

....

Some of mine before the age of 30:
1. Learn to ride a motorcycle
2. Own a motorcycle
3. Ski every major world ski area


I've got more but that'll do for now.

my goals by age 30 (currently 17):

kill an 8-point white tail deer
take a road trip
find a decent job after finishing technical school
own a house with at least 10 rooms and 10 acres of land
get married and have a couple kids
own a Harley Fatboy Motorcycle
Do a complete restoration of a 69 Camaro SS, 72 Chevelle SS, or any year El Camino

Doesn't seem like a lot to do now that I look at it.

When I was about 12 I had a list, it was.

1- be 21 (weird)
2- still be blonde at 21 (I was, just started darkening that yr too)
3- be 6'1 (yay JUST got there)
4- be a cyclist (did it, am one)
5- join the air force (did it)
6- have a model for a gf (been there done that)
7- get married (nearly did, that can wait)
8- buy a sports car (got my CRX)

But my list now, today, is;

1- Find a nice girl
2- leave the RAAF in 3 years
3- move to USA in 3 years
4- get married (maybe to Angie, the girl with the eclipse I posted in Asia/pacific She's offered...)
5- have more success than my brother ha ha
6- start full on cycling racing again this year
7- lose my virginity (How come nobody believes that anymore???)

For a change mate, just difference, they speak english (sort of.. lol) so thats easier, and its not cold like the UK, and I can go see Angie and take her up on her offer, but thats a while off yet

I tried to make and follow a list but as with most things I failed. Now I just take things 1 day at a time and try to enjoy the situations that arise.

By the time I am 35

1- Move back to NZ

2- Own a tuning shop speacialiseing in European cars

3- Own a Maserati, Porshe or Ferrari

4- Have a net worth of over US$1,000,000

(1) Find guy that satisfies stupid expectations
(2) Finish current degree major and start another one
(3) Finish second major of degree
(4) Leave Uni...never never fall into comfortable trap of being a full-time student!
(5) Outta uni, into job...pref Snr Business Analyst starting on 110K a year...small money, big fun!
(6) Own my lil dream car...type depends on the current dream!
(7) Marry...kids...house...etc!
(8) MOOOOOOOOOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!, maybe I'll move before I have kids, but I dunno!

Hmmmz...Slave...losing u're virginity....at 23...better late than never eh!...

Hmmm... only a few...

1) Run my own speed shop (my doors finally open soon :) )

2) Attend the University of British Columbia for my Applied Science, and then Mechanical Engineering

3) Move to Ireland, preferrably on the east coast, near Dublin

4) Own and drive a Porsche 924 Carrera GTS Club Sport replica :)

5) Run a small brewery to pay the bills, and keep me wells stocked with beer suited to my exact tastes. :D

6) Never have to worry about money, that just ruins all the fun.

Make Senior partner at a upper law firm by the time I'm 40

I just want to see both of my sons grow into responsible men with a wholesome respect for themselves and others. On a lighter note, I would love to be able to build all of the models in my collection! :p

Stupid expectations...not exactly, but then, why do u need to satisfy stupid expectations!...???

Simple List:

1. Get job in my field (Computer Programming)
2. Move out of parents house
3. Get promoted at the Army.
4. Gain some financial stability.

1. Get to a good University
2. Get into Medical School following College
3. Become a Doctor by 30
4. Marry someone whom I deeply care for
5. Have a house, and a car and a great family
6. Move to New Zealand(god I love that place)
7. Retire by age 50:D

-beat the hell out of justin timberlake.
-Run for political office and lose.
-Grab Jennifer Lopez' ass to see what all the fuss is about.
-Fight a shark.
-Run naked through a street in paris. (any street)
-Own a brewery
-have sex with japanese twins - (this is a long shot -but I know who knows some :D)
-Blow up a bently (or any high priced VW will do)
-Shove a pinnaple up bin laden's ass.
-shove a pinnaple up bush's ass.
-build a house out of lego's
-Invent a word or a phrase.
-Break land speed record or ride in vehicle that does.

1) try and be happy.

Done them all- well not the LExus- but I owned a Peugeot 6O7, which is better than a Lexus :D

1) Design a BMW M5 motor (after I become a mech. eng. of course)
2) Drive a Ferrari 456 GT
3) Die happy

Here are mine:

-open my own auto business
-tune my own car
-meet a girl to spend the REST of my life with
-go on a roadtrip with friends
-keep in touch with the friends I have that are graduating next year
-live life to its fullest

-Have a job that won't piss me off
-have a wife that won't piss e off
-have kids that won't piss me off
-be respected for bieng a very good driver
-do at least 200mph before I die (teh way things are going, this is HIGHLEY possible with the cars avaliable in 50 years)

Try 600 mph ground speed...

Did it as a passenger in a 747-400 flying from Korea to LA flying down the arctic jetstream.

Personally, I found pulling a couple of g's in a go kart when braking and cornering at about 60mph much more fun than 150mph in a tin top on a circuit.

Or when I flew in a Tiger Moth far more fun than a 747 400...

It's all relative.

Yes, pullin a couple of G's in a go-kart IS fun, an experience I wish every enthusiast can have. :)

Toksin

I am going to try and get a hold of some footage that was shot when I dived with a pod of about 30 dolphins near the Poor Knights. The footage was for commercial purposes but I'll try and get some stills or excerpts in an .avi file for you.

I didn't shoot the footage and it is owned by someone else but I'll see what I can do.
