Urethane and OK material?

I know ABS is nice, but is Urethane ok? Will it break? Does it bend over time? Anything like that?

Urethane is great too. I had a urethane front bumper and it bounced back into shape.

If it doesn't go back to it's shape you just leave it out in the sun and it will form back.

Urethane is more expensive and usually a bit harder to paint. But unless you plan on painting it yourself you should be fine, because any shop will no how to do it with no problems. It doesn't crack or chip like fiberglass does, but it's also a bit more weighty than fiberglass if I remember correctly. Not enough to cause you any concern though unless you're on the circuit:D
