I can get a 12,000 Watt amp for you. I can't think of the name right now. I can get it cheaply too ( I love firends who know people) I got my 600 watt RMS for 85.

the 10,000 watt amp you can find on the zeb (i think). im not sure what brand its from though but it only puts out 10,000 watts for a short while. it acts like a big capacitor only it doesnt hold voltage, it holds wattage. after a while it drains out.

haha wouldn't your alternator have to be big as the engine if you had 12000 watts being sucked by an amp?? lol... just my thinking.. hahaha

I seen an article in a magazine and Rockford Fostgate has an experimental amp or something like that that does 15k rms. But don't quote me on the rms part. Anyways it has a series of capacitors that discharge whenever needed so it doesn't draw from your electrical system. It kinda charges up.

pffft, that "10000" watt earthquake only does 3000 rms. and what's this "linked" thing? strapped with another? those ratings are prolly at 14.4v or higher anyway. all junk.

capacitors don't hold voltage OR wattage ... they store a charge - it's more like current (amps).

Impressive amp, but for 1500 you can get better. Also read the post dates this thread is almost 5 YEARS old.
