difference in heads?

I have a question? What is the difference between a 1.6 head and a 1.5 head? Oh thie is for a 91 civic.
The reason I am asking is because I am trying to have work done on a head you know port, polish, vavle springs, and I was going to have the machine shop throw in a zex nitrous cam. The problem I am having is the head I gave to them is 91 1.5 head and I have a 1.6 so I guess the question is are these parts interchangable?
I know the head will bolt on but would I run into problems after?
