tranny fluid

whats a good tranny fluid for my si manual tranny.../gear oil...what works best....redline,royal purlpe,bmb,etc...

I use Castrol Fully Synthetic oil for mine.

RedLine Oil is supposedly the best.

motor oil or gear oil...?and what weight

for motor oil id stick too Mobil One Synethetic and for tranny oil Redline.

have anyone used B&M Stick Shift - Synthetic Performance Gear Lube ..anygood...i want something that can help me not grind gears alot...

Use whatever weight your manual says to use.

I USE Valvoline's VR1 Racing oil 20W-50 (BURNING OIL)......I THINK THAT OIL'S THE BEST

Honda MTF. I wouldn't put synthetic in. If your not going to use Honda MTF than i would use like a 90w Gear Oil.
