2002 Grille question

I am looking at purchasing a 1999 4Runner Limited. I was wondering if I could put a 2002 Grille in place of my 1999 front grille?

Oh yeah, another thing, the SR5 Sport Hood (with the intake) can also be swapped without any modification, correct?
