Help on Engine swap

I have a 1990 CRX std. I have swapped the d15B2 motor out with a d16Y7 from a 97 civic. Everything went well with swap. Im not one for speed right now, so I used my old intake, distributor, and ecu for the time being. I used my old wiring harness to make everything plug up, and I line everything up TDC. I would like to know if there's anything else I need to do to get this motor running. Any info would be great.
