my seats in the CRX are completely worn out... they arent even worth covering. I do however have a mint set of seats in the front of my sedan but I looked at the mounts and they dont look like they'll fit... but what if I swap brackets?

hmmm... tricky question actually....if the seats are out of the two different "series" of 4th gen then the will not fit. both cars will ahve to be either 88-89 OR 90-91, i tried switching the seats from my sx to my new std a while back and since my 89 sx is equipped with the floor mounted seatbelt clips, and the 90-91 is equipped with the seat rail mounted seatbelt clips it wouldnt work with the stock brakets, when i changed them out i came to find out that the seatbelt clasps on my 90-91 seatrails hit the reclining mechinsim, so it wouldnt work, i whipped out the almighty dremel.....still couldnt get them to fit, so unless you dont care about having seatbelts, no they will not work ONLY if they are from 2 different "series" of 4th gen, i hate the very minor differences between the 88-89 and the 90-91, it seems to get in the way with almsot every idea i ahve came up with so far as to taking stock parts off of my sx for the std, like the pass door window glass was about an inch too long for the std's window regulators.....the side rear windows wont fit either, nor will a couple other things like the windshield...kinda makes me angry....ANYWAY, if both cars are either a 88-89 or 90-91 then ur set to go bro, just switch out the mounting rails and you wont encounter a problem

they are both 90 models... so I should just get my lazy ass out there and just swap them.
