Nismo R34 coming very soon!

Yet more Skyline madness:D Only started this on Friday after getting hold of some new refference (i.e Jap Performance mag) and its come along very rapidly - perhaps the start of a new work ethic for me this year!:D In fact this has overtaken the C-West kit i'm doing in progression.

Still plenty to do, most noticeable are the two intakes next to the lights in the bumper and of course the hood.

BTW do any of you have a spare of those small lights from a trashed kit? Coz i managed to lose one:( Its part no D1. i think!

Its a modified Tamiya kit.

So it came fixed up with body kit and stuff right? So u didnt mold it?:flash:

Good question, I'd hate to order the wrong kit. Also, will it be a single transkit of front, rear and sideskirts, or will each of the components be sold separately?

What do you use to make your body kits? Do you styrene and putty or is it clay? I used styrene and it is hard to get crisp lines in the body work.

That is awesome work! you have definitely mastered the art of making 1/24 body kits!! what's even better is that i actually have an unbuilt R34. i think i will have to wait to build it to try out your resin parts. great job Chris

I've been using the original V-spec for this but there is no reason why you can't use the V-spec II. As far as i'm aware they are almost identical moldings and these parts attach in exactly the same way.

The transkit will contain all the parts you see including a hood. With the C-West kit due to be finished around the same time you could of course mix and match, I will give this option on the site some how. Incidently if anyone wants seperate parts for projects, LMK and i'll sort something out.

I use styrene and putty but the styrene is responsible for the crisp lines. With this kit i've used hardly any putty at all, just a little on the sides and rear and practicly nothing on the front!

Your doing a fine job there anyway by the looks of things.:)

V-spec II is identical, except the hood on the spec II has the little triangle shape for the hood vent, but since you'll be cutting out the hood anyway... :D

It is on my mind but won't be done by the time this kit is finished, that for sure. BTW do you know of any other colours those decals come in? There's the original Red/Black and i've also seen the Gold one as in that BF Goodrich ad - any others?

:D To tell the truth i'm never really sure what will be next but i work on several. Depending what mood i'm in, the desire to build it and how well the build goes will determine what gets finished. It is about time i got the Supra finished but i've still got lots to do with it.
