ok .... so here is this dumbass here telling me that a DC2 (Integra Type-R) can "own" a M3 and a S4, even though he doesnt have a clue what an S4 is. He admits that a M3 or S4 can outrun a DC2 on a straight road, but he states that when turning a corner it is a different story!

I dont think you need a lot of reply. Tell him to look up a few facts about the cars and then justify his answer. He'll either admit to being wrong or be clearly delusional.

There is no way that piece of crap Integra would beat those cars especially the M3. 0-60mph in 4.8 seconds, SMG F1 style shifting, and everything ive read about the handling, including the traction control was said to be amazingly good. So itll take it hands down...:licker:

I hate when people try to substitute z's for s's. That makes you sound incredibly stupid. Even if it looked like he knew what he talking about, the content proved him wrong. Actually, I just get pissed off and leave when others try typing in the vernacular.

Agree with you TexasF355F1, there is no way that a POS Integra could take the M3, Traction Control isn't the greatest thing in the world, yeah it does help keep the wheels from breaking loose under acceleration, but when it does take affect it really kills the motors rps and slows you up which sucks but it does keep the wheels stuck and give you that better launch and let you step into it harder which is always good.:)

So is the traction control from the m3 supposed to launch better than a good driver without the traction control???

I'd say the traction control is for a good driver as well as a bad one, Its just someting extra that isn't really necesary in my opinion in some things. I would be good to have that Controll on a car with mad power and little grip.

M3 AND S4 MAY BE BETTER THAT THE ITR BUT I WOULD HOLD MY BREATH ON CALLING IT A POS OR CRAP.....IMO THE ITR ISN'T IN THE CLASS OF EITHER ONE OF THOSE CARS AND ISN'T WORTH COMPARING

Yes a M3 and S4 will spank an ITR but they are also very expensive cars and considering the huge aftermarket support fot the ITR and B18C engine- the M3 and S4 would get a fright if you used the spare cash to modify the ITR.

And an ITR sure as hell isn't a POS.

i am talkin about a stock M3 and S4 vs DC2..............
hell i dunno what will happend if i fully mod an M3 and S4

the ITR is an incredibly good handling car, but its not in the same league as an M3 or S4.

Back to the cars... I think the Integra is a much better handling car than the S4, which may have oodles of grip but unremarkable handling. The Integra was a relevation for FWD handling. The S4 and M3 both leave the Integra in the dust, but it doesnt make them better cars. My personal order in terms of pure ability is:

1) M3
2) Integra
3) S4

What i think Audi really need is an S4 Club Sport, if you know what i mean
