Sup guys, this meet is this saturday 12PM - 10PM at the san mateo expo center, as far as I know EF_LSVtec is entering his car, 88CiViC_DX cant go cause hes got traffic school, anyone else planning to roll to this?

Imma be there checkin it out, and I will post pics in this thread, also my friend is participating in an anti war protest in SF that weekend, im contemplating going down there and holding up a sign that says "Shut up you hippies" lol, anyways, I got a "I support US troops" sticker on my car cause this shit be pissin me off

Anyways, this show should be pretty tight, I will probably roll over there around 3 or so ... im trying to convince my friend from school to go, but he isnt really into imports.

i didn't know about this event but now that you mention it, i have saturday off, shit i might as well go. so ill be rollin up there with the b/f and prob a couple friends. what does ef_lsvtec car look like, got a pic? i went to the last event at san mateo expo center, damn what was it called, im an idiot i hella cant remember it was like august 31st, did u go melt, i know u know what im talking about but anyway thanks for spreading the info.

i actually might go. My traffic school is gonna be over at 5. since it goes til ten i'll have some time to go check it out. I know a couple cars that will be in it....so im trying my best to make it.

i wish i could make it down. not gonna happen. jer is way to busy for a raod trip at the moment.

i'm not too happy about any war talk. my brother leaves in 2 days for s. korea...... n. korea is nuke happy and s. korea is mad at americans over somebody being run over by a tank. i'm not too happy he has to stay the next 15 months there :( thank god his army time is over after that

Yeah man, I hope you guys can make it...I've been planning on detailing my car but with the new motor, I cant help driving it everyday to work. Already put at least 800 miles since Thursday and I'm slowly creeping the rev to 8K. I'm using the stock ecu so rev limiter kicks in at 8200. Anyway, I need tips in prepping for a carshow? This is what I have planned so far...Take the wheels off one by one so I can clean the inside of the rims and I already replaced both fender liners because the old ones had oversprays on them when I had my car painted...Using Qtips to clean the interior vents. Waxing and applying an extra coat of spray glaze to leave a "wet look"...Flood the engine hoses and wire looms with armor all. Anything else?

*Greg, I might get new coilovers so I can lower the car a bit...what kind do you have again? A friend suggested Ground Controls, but I'm thinking of getting Skunk2's. Whaddayathink?

I have weapon r's...you could borrow em for the show if ya want...all we would have to do its swap out the complete spring/shock thing...If you were going to buy a set i'd recommend ground controls over skunks. i've seen both on crx's and the GC's rode smoother.

I hate living in Ontario lol, not many shows i know about up here. maybe if i feel like it i'll find a show down there in the summer and go on a nice long road trip hehe

Theres gonna be a 4th gen meet in April sometime over in Bend Oregon ... where is ontario? East or West side of canada?

ummm, i don't think so. the last town take over Custom Creations (travis + friends) did was in july. it was fun :D they were expecting 50.....80 showed up

So I guess there wont be another OR meet for a while, oh well, thats cool ... there is supposed to be a summer h-t meet in portland or something this summer, maybe we should roll to that

Ontario is like eastern Canada somewhat but not far east, were like above new york

there will be another car event. probably 4th gen only. and most likely not until may sometime....that way mike will have his swap all done. that wouldn't be very nice to plan it for the weekend he pulls his motor (doh!)
