What's Your Model Table Look Like ???

Well this is where it all happen's at the Primera Man's house.

When i start a model i take over the table for a week or two and the family is forced to eat in the other room on the floor or at the kids table !!!

So post up you work tables and lets see if its a controled mess like mine when you build :p :p

I don't have a picturetaker right now, but my table is the floor :D

I lay down covering for the carpet so I don't get paint and glue all over it, and either sit indian style or lay down and work on the models...

It is in a rare state of tidyness actually, probably because I haven't got down and started for the night yet!:D

It is my old PC desk.

My cabinet comes on Friday, I'll post some pics of that too when I have installed it!:cool:

I pretty much do what primera man does. I take over the dinner table. But when my family eats I am forced to move it somewhere else. It is a hassle at times. I really need to get my own modeling desk.

heep, its called a camera. i just make them on my desk where i'm supposed to do homework but who needs that. i have my paints out and a container to hold water and glue. all my other models are spread out over the table.

I know what a camera is....:D:D

Actually we bought a bunch of Logitech web cams from http://www.pricewatch.com a while back for $24.99, It was for our office so we could all have video chats.. They work pretty good, and do stills or streaming video..check it out, they might be even cheaper now.

Here is home for my AF posts!

I built both our machines myself, this is an Athlon 1000mhz and this links to an Athlon 800 in another room via crossover cable.

The broadband modem is in the left corner, the PS2 and palm top in the other. The TV is for the PS2 and Rally vids!!!:D

Darn...i love that car on the computer screen...you should use it as wallpaper :finger: :finger: :finger:

That's for making my exhaust! I have a slotted guide bit of kit for the pipes to go in, and then cut it with that!

PS2 brother! You play GT2 much? I want to get that new rally game coming out, but I can't remember the name of it...:confused:

BTW, Dan, I have the exact same speakers...assuming yours is the 4 speaker + sub system...sounds great! :D

We have everything on GT3 on PS2, All 6 F1 cars and two Motorcycles too..Game is boring now, i never play it.

Thats right, If you beat every single race with atleast gold or silver you a Motorcycle, If you keep racing the hard professional races after you have beaten the game you get another one, We have two so far and 6 F cars, THe first F1 we got was fast but the 3rd was insane fast, nothing can beat this thing...I am not sure what you have to do to get the MOtorcycles we just kept racing after beating the game and it was awarded to us...lot of fun but the game is boring now..

I'd take a picture, but I don't have no Digi-cam, so I'll describe it: I have a neat and tidy assembly area - everything has it's place. I used to be messy about it, but then I'd drop the hobby for months on end until I'd clean it up again, only to let it go to pot again. So, I got it all organized - I have a rack for paints, a bin for tools, and a drawer for my unopened paints, and clear parts.

i work where ever there is space. ranging from the dinner table to my desk to the garage floor to the top of our grill. almost never in the same spot.

I had the idea when I had to strip the paint from the NSX. I used a tupperware-type plastic box, but could only fill it halfway; I ran out of CSC! :( The pickle jar has a mouth wide enough for a car body, and will still hold all the CSC! :D So, it's for my next disaster. :right:
