Advancing timing on d16y8.

Hey all, im new to this forum. I was just wondering if anyone has advanced their timing on their d16y8 engine?
Its a 1.6L SOHC Vtec. Thinking about trying this but want to know any info you can give me. I have a 2000 Civic EX.

Hmm and anyone know stock degree TDC is a stock d16y8?
