How I see it is that Michael means that Blair is a little doggie of Bush- who will hang off his every word and follow him aroun doing as he would do.


This was the plotline of a George Michael video- not yet shown in Australia or NZ- which portrayed Blair and Bush's pooch- which REALLY got the Yanks into a tizzy- I love that video- in fact I taped it:D
