It seems that Tony Blair,the man Bush claims as an ally, is beginning to to listen to his employers.

Hopefully,Bush will stop pretending to represent the free world and take a more prudent and balanced position in the light of world opinion and the latest non-revelations by the U.N. weapons inspectors.

How I see it is that Michael means that Blair is a little doggie of Bush- who will hang off his every word and follow him aroun doing as he would do.

This was the plotline of a George Michael video- not yet shown in Australia or NZ- which portrayed Blair and Bush's pooch- which REALLY got the Yanks into a tizzy- I love that video- in fact I taped it:D
