Got Boost?

This summer I just had an hks evc IV boost controller put on. I then turned the boost up to 1.00 bar (14.75psi). When i did this my boost gague only went up to 9.5 psi. Why is this? Where would it be leaking from.... Also i have a new boost gague and an hks SSBOV.

Are your getting this 9.5 from boost gauge you installed or the factory one? The factory ones do not work properly.

I am getting 9.5 from the new one not the old one.
