what you trying to do?? im sure the stock pump handles upto 200BHP. You can get replacement intank pumps anyway.

I am going turbo and I already bought the stock Z32 fuel pump and was wondering if I need any tips on installing it...

stop that p*ssing sh*t at once!! its doing me head in:D

If you go beyond 200BHP then id recommend you uprate the pump, otherwise its ok. I had a link to a supplier of intank pumps but cant find it.

Actually it's good for a fair bit more. I think about 250 bhp or so. The fuel pump gives up about the same time as the injectors and MAF.

As for in tank replacements, I can think of some, but I won't respond to messages with that pissing monkey anymore.

You don't like my squirrels??? anyways...i am getting 370cc Injectors and using my AFC to do some messin...what do you guys estimate ground horsepower with intercooler and a T28 with injectors and everything??? oh since JWT can't redo my ECU for my 99 G20 can't I just find the right setting on my AFC to work for the Cobra MAF??? I remember my AFC can be set to different types of MAFs....Hotwire,Karmann,Etc....I can't remember the rest..

I think you are still going to have a problem. The AFC is not a stand alone. The ECU must be reprogrammed to understand the signal from the Cobra MAF. The AFC piggybacks to the ECU and alters the signal being seen by the ECU or sent out by the ECU (can't remember which).

It alters the MAF signal into the AFC...yeah I still can't mess with the fuel curve so I can only trick the ECU with altered signal but the ECU will read that and use its preset setting for that much Air with Fuel...

OK I can see two problems here. First is changing the signal from the Cobra MAF (C-MAF) would require you to basically up the voltage from the C-MAF to the ECU so that the ECU sees the correct volume of air going into the motor. The stock MAF sensor maxes out at about 5v (someone correct me if I'm wrong) You'll need to figure out a conversion factor for the same volume of air on the stock MAF and the C-MAF. However if the ECU sees more than 5v of MAF voltage it may throw a fit and set itself into limp-home mode. Since I doubt the ECU is equipt with the maps for those voltages. Next is the injectors. Pulse width is set for the stock sized injectors. If you upgrade the injectors by a factor close to the upgraded factor of the MAF you might be on to something here. The car might run but how well, I'm assuming not very. Now throw some boost into the mix and this all gets very complicated. Low boost you might be able to get away with it but you'll have much room for improvement, tuning wise. Shoud be a good experience for ya. :) Let us know what you learn.

Thanks for you input G-Force... What I have been hearing is that I don't need the C-MAF unless I up the boost more than 10lbs. I will use my stock MAF and just put in the injectors and try to tune it with my AFC...of course everything on the dyno... I am not looking for crazy horsepower so 7lbs. is all I would do..for now...
