I just found out today that Cedar Point is going to have the worlds biggest, fastest roller-coaster. that made my day. how tall and fast you ask? well, it is approx. 420ft tall and goes approx. 120mph. 120MPH!!!!! not only that but it has an incline drop of 90degrees, yes that is STRAIGHT DOWN. omg that makes me so happy, I can't wait to ride the biggest thrill ride on earth(which it is as of now).:D :D :smoker2:

Dayum!! That's insane if those fugures are accurate, though I am skeptical that they will actually make it that fast. Having a coaster hit 120 mph is raising the bar considerably from the fastest existing coasters (keep in mind that the Great American Scream Machine at Six Flags Great Adventure was the fastest coaster in thw world not too long ago, and that only hit 68 mph - also keep in mind that the terminal velocity of gravity at sea level is 125 mph).
Anyway, whatever the case, I agree with Steel's advice, that you should give them some time to work out the kinks before you give it a test run fo yourself.

i probably will, but if i get the chance to go I'll do so because the Millenium Force is badass in itself, not to mention all the other rides at Cedar Point:D

Yeah, remember when Coney Island had its first roller coaster they had to close it down because the G-forces were snapping peoples necks. Speaking of which; I wonder how many Gs this coaster will put out, three perhaps four? I think that four is the most they can do before people start tossing their cookies, or worse.
And hey, and 90 degree drop, I am all for that. It reminds me of the mouse ride at Lagoon here in Utah, it made like 90 degree turns, sometimes you thought the damn thing was going to fly off the tracks, subsequently they closed that ride for safety reasons.
