I35 Speedometer error

Greetings,
Anyone out there notice a difference in the speedometer reading when you compare it to what the trip computer's "miles per hour" reading shows? I have a 2002 I35 and find that when my speedometer shows 70 MPH the trip computer reads 66 MPH. Very annoying.
If I can get my hands on a police radar gun I'll run a few tests at different speeds. I'm pretty sure I can get hold of the newer laser gun.
I'll post the result once I make a few runs. Give me a few days.
