painting tail lights

can the amber section fo the 95 integra taillights be painted to match thee rest of the taillight (all red)?
And where can I find the paint? I am guessing that it would have to be transparent.
Anyone know?

yea just get some testors candy apple red transparent paint from a hobby store and paint away

if you don't want to paint, check out eBay...I've seen some (vinyl?) coverings you can put on... I've never seen it in person, but the pics look okay. :)

yeup, get some paint from a local race shop, take'm apart an paint away (if u wanna do it so it doesn't fade). or, jus go find some jdm ones...they look so nice, expensive tho...good luck, lemme see pics of ur paint job if u do it.

Do you have to take the tails apart or just take them off the car. I was under the impression that you paint the outside of the lens. Do you paint the inside?
